Draft notice — owner review required before launch. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Who looks after your information?
Elshingeety IT Services is responsible for information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact awatifeshwaelshingeety@gmail.com. The owner must confirm the legal entity and postal contact address before launch.
Consultation requests
We collect your name, email, optional business name, requested service, message and any quote estimate you submit, alongside a request identifier and submission time. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other business enquiries, our proposed lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. Acknowledging this notice does not sign you up for marketing.
AI package recommendations
If you use the AI assessment, your team size and description are sent to Lovable AI to suggest a package and next steps. This happens only after your acknowledgement and submission. We do not save assessment descriptions in our inquiry records unless you include them in a consultation request. Do not include confidential or sensitive information. AI advice may be inaccurate and is not a binding quote. Before launch, the owner must confirm provider processing terms and any international-transfer safeguards.
Private inquiry management
Authorised owners can review requests, record follow-up notes and update statuses. Google sign-in is used for owner access. Signing in alone does not grant access to requests.
Storage, sharing and retention
Requests are stored using Lovable Cloud. They are not publicly readable. Authorised staff and hosting providers may process them to deliver this service. Owner email notifications are not yet active; before activation, review the email provider, access controls and any overseas processing or safeguards.
Proposed retention: delete unsuccessful enquiries within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer storage. This is a proposed policy requiring owner approval; automated deletion is not enabled. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Your UK GDPR rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent applies, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
Essential local storage remembers your cookie preference under “elshingeety-cookie-consent”. There are no advertising trackers, and the optional analytics placeholder currently sends no data. If analytics is enabled later, it must load only after an affirmative choice, and this notice must identify the provider, data collected, retention and transfers. You can change your choice any time.
Security and form protection
The enquiry form validates input and uses a hidden spam trap, a signed short-lived challenge and duplicate-submission protection. These reduce automated submissions but do not eliminate spam.
